• Members must be Indian nationals, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), Non-Resident Indians (NRI), or persons of Indian descent.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years for women, 21 years for men.
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful.

3. Services

Elite Marriage Bureau provides personalized matchmaking services including profile creation, match scouting, screening, and introduction facilitation. The Company acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee marriage.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure is determined based on the service package selected. All fees are non-refundable as per our no-refund policy. Payment must be made in full before services commence.

5. No-Refund Policy

All payments made for our services are strictly non-refundable. This includes membership fees, consultation fees, and any other charges. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

8. Limitation of Liability

Elite Marriage Bureau acts as a facilitator and matchmaking service provider. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
